Minister Applications

So, the minister is open!! This is the leader of the country that is this whole site IC. So, a few things are expected:

Must be able to be online and post every day the exceptions being if you warn us that you'll be gone for a certain amount of time.

Must be mature. As Minister, you'll be one of the people that decide who the advisors are, when one vacates the position.
